Maude will not sugar coat anything, but when the "perfect" property arises she will move quickly and do what it takes to secure it.  She is happy to take your lead, but has a way of gently guiding you to what you really want even if it's not totally clear to you in the moment.  I will never use another agent for any real estate transaction!
